I drove in from out of town, and she had all the paperwork ready, and didn’t keep us waiting at all. Pilot Trailsport is amazing, and such a great car. Rugged, off-road capable, great color, and wonderful color choices. I definitely recommend the car. The interior technology is very good too. Not over the top, just what’s needed, and what you’d expect from a modern car. We’ll be on the trails soon! Cheers!”

Roswell Honda is a great, friendly place to ship for cars. The showroom is bright and airy, and the salespeople are very friendly and accommodating. They have a healthy selection and found the vehicle that fit our needs. My husband and I really appreciate being able to do business with our neighbors. If you come by, be sure to ask for Robert!

Don’t purchase your vehicle here this place is a whole Scam. I just bought a vehicle from them last week and I just got pulled over because my light was out. I called to see what can be done and I was told to pay for the fix out of my own pocket and they would reimburse me. I got to auto zone and they’re telling me whoever worked on the car FORCED the light in place in the wrong direction so it’s gonna be costly to even take the light out.I was driven 3 hrs into town that day ready to pick up my car , I was promised tinted windows and when I got their guess what? They Weren’t tinted. I have to pay out of pocket for that too and get reimbursed later. I had no choice but to take the car like that since I was driven in 3hrs away. not to mention Emily didn’t even mention the car was involved in an accident before , she only bothered bringing it up when I was already there ready to drive off. This purchase was a big one for me and I feel like I completely got screwed over. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience

I have always used Roswell Honda for my vehicle purchasing needs and they have been great every time. Last week I made a purchase and Fuchsia helped me out. She answered EVERY single one of my questions (I had a lot) and helped me make an educated decision. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and genuine-not pushy. awful the front end of the car they sold us fell off while we were in AZ, they tried to blame us for it then they agreed to fix it but we had to pay 30% of the cost they took it for a month fixed only the fog light then tried to snap it all together and put GLUE on it just to get it off the lot. and tried to charge us $400 for it AND during the month they had it they cracked our windshield. My had to go back to AZ they claimed it was all good and would make but while she was over there the screw for the brake caliper fell out and she lost control of the car. she could have died or killed someone. still they have no intentions of fixing the vehicle they sold us. STAY AWAY FROM ROSWELL HONDA they really had no issues sending us off in this car KNOWING WE HAVE 4 SMALL CHILDREN

-5-5 If I could give them a negative 5 i would .....I went to look at a white Honda civic they had advertised, when I got to the dealership apparently the car was waiting for parts and wasn't for sale even though it was listed, they ended up getting me into another car the only lasted about a week before the water pump went out and it threw a bunch of check engine lights. They didn't have a loner car for most of the time it was being fixed, I ended up getting the car back a couple weeks later. I drove it a little the next day after getting it back and noticed a fuel smell coming through the ac vents I opened the hood and seen stuff unplugged and tools left in the engine bay I called the dealership and asked if they could take a look at it since I just got it back they told me they were to busy and that they can not give me a loner car so now I'm walking to work after putting almost 4k down on a what I thought was a certified pre owned car. I ended up looking up the license plate number and it also had recalls on it that weren't done. From my understanding you go to one of these big dealerships to buy something reliable and get good service and this is not what is happening...
